I am pleased with the company (Intek). I ordered the granules and the USPO decided the box wasn't flat enough and charged us extra postage (over four dollars). When I contacted the company they sent us the reusable Smelleze pouch at no cost (I could have chosen a refund). Both products worked well on a camper that had had FIVE bowls of moth balls in it all winter (actually every winter). The company responded to my email the same day and immediately shipped the pouch.
