This is a waste of money. The plastic is so cheap it is like a toy you would win at a fair. The non-adjustable nose section has nostril pillows that are set 2 inches apart - who has nostrils that are 2 inches apart !!!!I can't believe this even qualifies as medical equiptment. They just poked a hole in the plastic of the tube for air exchange. A complete rip-off and possibly a health hazard without proper air exchange.
