This is the third salt lamp that I have purchased from amazon.com. The other two worked fine out of the box. This one (like many others) has a defective electrical cord. I have been on this website trying to figure out how to get a replacement cord without having to return the 35lb lamp for the last hour without any luck. If it wasn't sold by amazon.com it would be easy to contact the seller but amazon.com has no "seller feedback" function. I am new to amazon.com and am very frustrated at the inability to contact them from the website. UPDATE-I was able to contact customer service with a live chat from a link on an email from amazon that had nothing to do with this purchase. The service rep told me the only way I could get the replacement cord was to return the whole purchase. I then rec'd an email to comment on my service with the live chat which then prompted a phone call from Amazon customer service. Amazon is shipping me a new cord today. At my hourly rate, this $90 purchase cost me over $300 in time.
