If you want cleaner air while you drive, this is a good solution. Unlike most filter systems, this unit has two pounds of activated charcoal to remove many of the components of air pollution. It noticeably cleans the air. A few times I have forgotten to turn it on and the smell of car exhaust reminded me it was off. It also has particle filtration. This is no cheaply built unit. It is made of durable metal construction. I have had mine for a year and had no problems.The are only a few downsides. It takes up some space in your car. I place mine on the passenger floor board so the air blows toward me and my wife still has room for her legs. It makes some noise but I believe it is relatively quiet for the amount of air it blows. It has two speeds and the slower speed is fairly quiet. The other potential downside is the price along with the need to replace filters. They recommend replacement every 6 months although I go a little longer on that.
I was very happy to find the product and would not want to be without it. I strongly recommend it to anyone wanting cleaner air in the car.
