The 83139 hepa replacement filter I received was not quite the same size as the original. The inner diameter was about 1/8 inch smaller but it could be forced on. The length was about 1/4 inch smaller which caused a problem with the seal. I made two washer-shaped shims out of the cardboard box the filter came in and put them on the bottom seal. This seemed to be about right when I screwed the bottom on. Delivery from the supplier was prompt, so I would say service is good. Whether you can find replacement filters that are the same size as the original I don't know. You might consider measuring your old filter and asking the company for the dimensions of the replacement filter before buying. Or you can make shims like I did.
