The unit was shipped to me directly from the manufacturer in a sturdy box. It is light enough for me to carry from room to room. The noise level is loud at the highest setting but I have no problem falling asleep or watching TV when set at the slowest speed.I have been using this air purifier for a little over a month now. No complain. I have allergies but not the indoor type. It has something to do with polluted outdoor air. Therefore, I always keeps windows and doors close which leads to a stuffy house. Operating the central A/C or heat will take care of the stale air but expensive. The HealthMate takes care of this problem for me. Although I still have my allergy, at least I have fresh air at a low operating cost.
I did experience a small problem when ordering the unit from Healthy Air and Water Products. I ordered the "Plus" but received the the one without +. The vendor did take care of my complain immediately. He offered me an exchange with no charge. I settled for a credit back on the differences between the two models. Great, no hassle and I don't mind buying from them again.
