I've been using the Mini-Max Water-based Air Purifier & Air Freshener for several weeks and it really does purify the air in my home and leaves it smelling fresh and clean. The aromatizers are great! All I do is fill the plastic basin with water between the Min and Max line, add a few drops of my chosen aramotizer (there are many to choose from), put the dome on, turn it on by depressing the inlaid button on top and I have fresh air eminating from the vertical slits. I suffer from seasonal allergies and this has been the best thing I've used for all the pollen in my Tennessee air.There is a faint hum/swishing sound, or more like the ocean off in the distance so the sound is not that loud. You do hear it and while I have my sitting on a table in my living room, it doesn't interfer with watching TV or normal conversation.
I like the LED light which could also be used as a night life. You can also add menthol or eucalyptus for a stuffy nose. I think this would be great if you had a baby with a stuffy nose.
I hand wash the basin every 2-3 days and run it every day but do turn it off at night when I go to bed.
It's a great air purifier that helps me breathe better and breathing better means I feel better.
Definitely recommended! I've ordered the smaller one and am looking forward to using it.
